From first contact to welcome home — here's exactly what to expect.

Call or text Michael at 423-540-6566, send an email, or follow our Facebook & Instagram. Tell us a bit about what breed you're looking for and your timing.
Reserve with a Deposit
Once we've identified the bunny for you (or a litter that's expected), a flat $100 non-refundable deposit holds them. The deposit applies toward the total price.
Wait for Pickup Age
Kits stay with their mother for 6–8 weeks. We'll keep you posted on growth and share photos as they get closer to going home.
Pickup Day in Newport, TN
We coordinate a convenient pickup time at the farm. Each bunny gets a health and gender check, and you'll go home with startup feed and care advice. Address shared upon confirmation.
Continued Support
Once the kit leaves, they're your responsibility — but we're happy to answer questions afterward. Pedigreed papers given upon request for Holland Lops and Netherland Dwarfs.
❤️ Health Guarantee
Every rabbit gets a health and gender check at pickup. If we find any issue, you'll receive a full refund or a replacement — that's the one exception to our non-refundable deposit. Bring up any concerns before leaving the farm.
