We Welcome Visitors
We love having prospective buyers visit our farm. It's a chance to meet our rabbits, see where they're raised, and find the right match for your family.
Our farm is a private residence, not a pet store. Please call or text and make an appointment before coming. Once we confirm your visit, we'll share our exact address.
A $50 fee covers your visit. If you decide to take a bunny home, the $50 is applied toward your purchase.

Directions to the Farm
Once your visit is confirmed, we'll share these directions along with the address. Here's a preview so you know what to expect — please remind us when you're getting close or having trouble finding us.
From exit 435 on I-40, take the exit and head toward Gatlinburg. Go about 2 miles.
Do NOT take Epley Rd, even if your GPS tells you to.
Once you pass Epley Rd, the next turn on your right is ours. There's a post with red triangles showing 1537 and 1539. The turn is immediately after the post, wedged between guard rails — there's no street sign, so go slow.
The driveway is a little beaten up. If you'd rather not drive to the top, you can stop at the mailboxes at the bottom of the driveway. Otherwise, drive up past the brick houses and small garage port, and park in the gravel lot where the other trucks are. We'll come meet you.
